The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was nasty. Overall it was ok

First time staying here. Room was clean. Pool area was clean. Beautiful view of the beach. Convenient location. They give you a voucher for free parking. Friendly staff. Very pleased with my stay and would definitely come back.

We had an ok stay. Location was great. I didn’t realize I had booked beachfront room until later in our stay and we got poolside room. Did not know there was ADA ramp till half way through our stay. As we had a very difficult time taking luggage up and down stairs upon arrival. We had to make several trips up and down the stairs. On one occasion my husband ran into a staff member who saw him struggling with taking stuff down. did not offer to help. Just ask if he was tired. and with no other instruction of a ramp or anything like that !The only thing is there is only one ramp on the opposite side of where we stayed. Was very difficult to take luggage cart across hotel and into parking lot to leave. I think rooms needs to have a map or QR code with one to help with finding things and not have to roam around to find places. Also directions to our room were very vague. Went to what I thought was our room and our room was around the corner. Pool area was what’s one of the Bright spots in our day. other than the pool area being closed at 9 each night. We would have loved to sit out at the lounge chair area at night. But the cleanliness of this was lackluster due to the fact cigarette buts pistachio shells and even a liquor bottle scattered throughout a sitting area. Room was very small. Only mini fridge with barley a freezer. No ice maker. Bathroom smelled moldy. No outside chairs. Most other rooms had outside chairs outside their rooms. Do not recommended staying.

This was our first time staying at The Pearl. It was beautiful, clean and relaxing. The staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful. We had great access to the beach that was less than a 5 minute walk.

Excellent! Honestly, you get for what you pay. Super cheap and convenient location although it’s a little bit downgraded. Very suitable for college students and broke people like me
